We are located just off of Jefferson Ave. in Colonial Office Park, Suite 18, top level of the building. There are two large free parking lots located in the front and rear of the building.

Our Foundations Kids Jiu-Jitsu Program is designed to help children build confidence, coordination, and respect in a structured, age-appropriate group environment.

*Our kids program is a structured group environment. While we strive to support all students, we are not an adaptive or therapeutic program and may not be the best fit for children requiring 1:1 or specialized support.
Adult Intro Request
*Our Adult Intro Class is designed for individuals who are genuinely interested in training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a structured, respectful environment.
This request form helps us ensure a good fit before scheduling an intro class.

Our adult program is designed for individuals seeking consistent, long-term training. Drop-ins are not offered.
